1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bt8 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms applicable to specific products (including sportsbook rules, casino game rules, and individual promotional terms). If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the bt8 platform. bt8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, with such amendments taking effect upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms & Conditions prior to each session.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use bt8. bt8 enforces this restriction strictly and verifies age during KYC procedures.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from bt8 or from gambling services through applicable exclusion programmes are not eligible to register or maintain active accounts.
• bt8 does not knowingly provide services to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of bt8 or its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming activities on the platform.

3. Account Registration & Verification

• Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) bt8 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. bt8 is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
• bt8 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and gaming authority requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bt8 login credentials. bt8 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.
• bt8 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without providing reasons.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• bt8 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow QR, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods may change from time to time.
• All funds deposited to bt8 are held for the sole purpose of gaming and betting activities on the platform. bt8 does not pay interest on player balances.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits to the same account ("source of funds" rule). bt8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals.
• bt8 reserves the right to withhold, delay, or void any withdrawal where bt8 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, as well as processing times, are displayed in the cashier section of your bt8 account and are subject to change.
• Players are responsible for any applicable taxes or levies on their winnings in their jurisdiction. bt8 does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of players.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

• All wagers placed on bt8 are final once accepted by the platform. bt8 is not responsible for wagers placed in error by the player.
• bt8 reserves the right to void, cancel, or amend any bet where it has been placed, accepted, or settled due to a manifest error (including incorrect odds, incorrect game parameters, or system malfunction).
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or event, bt8's decision, based on available data and recorded game logs, shall be final and binding.
• Sportsbook events may be suspended or voided due to circumstances beyond bt8's control, including but not limited to event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement beyond the applicable settlement window.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. bt8's published RTP figures reflect long-term theoretical averages across large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• All bonuses and promotions offered by bt8 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. These terms are published with each offer and form part of this Agreement.
• bt8 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or claw back any bonus where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy that exploits promotional terms.
• Promotional offers are intended for recreational players. bt8 reserves the right to restrict or exclude any player from promotional participation without providing reasons.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Real-money balances and bonus balances are tracked separately within the bt8 account wallet.
• In the event of a conflict between general Terms & Conditions and specific promotional terms, the promotional terms shall prevail in relation to the specific offer.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bt8 platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games
• Collusion with other players in live casino or poker-format games
• Using stolen, borrowed, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment methods
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether independently or in coordination with others
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform
• Money laundering or using bt8 as a conduit for any illegal financial activity
• Providing false identity or age information at any stage of the registration or verification process

8. Account Suspension & Closure

• bt8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where bt8 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.
• Where an account is closed due to verified fraud or Terms & Conditions breach, bt8 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation and may forfeit such balance where the breach is confirmed.
• Players may voluntarily close their bt8 account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending wagers will be settled in accordance with normal rules. Remaining real-money balances (net of any forfeited bonuses) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bt8 platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, data, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of bt8 or its licensors. No part of the bt8 platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or used without the prior written consent of bt8. Unauthorised use of bt8 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The bt8 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bt8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bt8's total aggregate liability to any player for any loss, claim, or damage arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to bt8 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• bt8 shall not be liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive losses including loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm.
• bt8 is not liable for losses arising from force majeure events, including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or government-imposed restrictions.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

bt8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering a bt8 account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bt8 implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect player data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. bt8 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Responsible Gaming

bt8 is committed to responsible gaming and provides players with a range of tools to manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your bt8 account at any time through account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss permissible within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after specified periods of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the bt8 platform for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and net gaming position during each session.

13. Amendments to Terms

Your continued use of the bt8 platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with the bt8 platform shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which bt8 holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between you and bt8 that cannot be resolved through our customer support process, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant gaming authority as the competent supervisory body.
